● 2007.10-至今 清华大学工程物理系副研究员、副教授

 ● 讲授《电磁兼容设计》本科生专业课;《强电磁环境效应及防护》研究生专业课,《应用软件设计与实践(4)》本科生任选课;《本科生专业基础实验》。

  ● 指导研究生10余名,7名在读。

 

  ● 瞬态电离辐射激励电磁脉冲环境机理与效应、高功率电磁环境效应的量化评估技术研究、统计电磁学&计算电磁学、电磁兼容设计。

  ● 瞬态核辐射、高功率微波、高功率雷达以及静电放电和雷电都产生高功率电磁环境,因场强高、带宽大,对电子设备造成干扰或毁伤效果明显,与常规电磁兼容研究有所不同。一直从事高功率复杂辐射电磁场物理机理与诊断研究,在电离辐射环境的高功率电磁环境的理论模拟、高功率电磁环境的实验模拟与准确测量、高功率电磁环境对敏感电子设备的耦合效应规律以及复杂系统电磁效应评估算法等方面开展了大量深入研究工作。在清华大学负责建设了“强电磁脉冲环境及效应实验室”,负责编写了中国《电磁兼容 高空核电磁脉冲环境 辐射环境》国家标准,是IEC SC77C分会工作组成员,并于2016年被授予HPEM Fellow荣誉,重点研发计划重点基础研究课题首席科学家。
