Low Temperature Plasma Laboratory

Plasma is a state of matter containing free electrons and free charged ions, which is called the fourth state of the substance (the solid and liquid gas is the three basic state). Low temperature plasma refers to the plasma of charged particles with energies of several eV degrees. In this case, the reactions are mainly free electrons and valence electrons, and do not involve nuclear reactions and X-rays.
